Students protect us limited to the exam venue. The organization will not be held responsible on what happened to the students before and after the exam venue.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Registration Fees

Registration is deemed complete only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided before payment is accurate.

No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO THE NIGER DELTA SCHOLARS OLYMPIAD ARE FINAL.

Once a payment has been successfully processed:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments cannot be reassigned to another participant.

Registration fees cannot be credited toward future competitions unless expressly approved in writing by NDSO.

Failure to attend the examination or event does not qualify for a refund.

Withdrawal after registration does not qualify for a refund.

Disqualification resulting from violation of competition rules does not qualify for a refund.

Duplicate or mistaken payments will only be reviewed where there is clear evidence of an accidental duplicate transaction, and any resolution shall be at the sole discretion of NDSO.

Participants are advised to carefully review all registration details before making payment.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NDSO shall not be liable for:

Internet interruptions

Technical failures

Participant errors during registration

Payment delays caused by third-party payment providers

Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government directives
