At the Niger Delta Scholars Olympiad (NDSO), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent registration process.

7-Day Refund Eligibility

Participants who register for any Niger Delta Scholars Olympiad program, event, or competition may request a refund within 7 calendar days of completing their payment, provided that:

– The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

– The Olympiad examination or event has not yet taken place.

– No competition materials, digital resources, or exclusive participant benefits have been fully accessed or used.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

– More than 7 calendar days have passed since payment.

– The Olympiad examination or event has already commenced or concluded.

– The participant has violated the Olympiad’s terms and conditions.

– The registration fee was for a non-refundable promotional offer, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Process

To request a refund, participants or their parents/guardians should contact the Niger Delta Scholars Olympiad support team with:

– Full name of the participant

– Registration number (if available)

– Proof of payment

– Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.

Policy Updates

The Niger Delta Scholars Olympiad reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future registrations and will be communicated through our official channels.
